Very pleased with this coffee. You’re taken on a bit of a roller coaster ride of flavors and sensations with Sitio Vargem. Milk chocolate sweetness dominates upfront with a bright tang accompanying. You’re then dropped into lower notes of earthy loam. I’m also getting a sensation of fizz or tiny bubbles at the rear-sides of my tongue.
